- 2 cans white Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped or to taste
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Melt cream cheese, milk and margarine in saucepan.

2Remove from heat and add corn and peppers.

3Stir well.

4Pour into greased pan.

5Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.

6Bake until heated through.
