Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 1 large cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Place cabbage in large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes to soften leaves.

2Remove and cool.

3Mix beef, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper.

4Loosen cabbage leaves.

5Place a spoonful of meat mixture on cabbage leaf and roll up.

6Place seam side down in baking dish.

7Mix soup, brown sugar and vinegar; pour over cabbage rolls.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
