- 1 1/2 lb. beef
- 1/2 lb. pork
- 1 medium onion
- 4 or 5 slices bacon
- 1 1/4 c. rice
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. kolbachi or Polish sausage, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. catsup
- bread crumbs
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3 cans water
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- cabbage
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except cabbage and sausage.

2Wash cabbage leaves and drain.

3Steam leaves.

4Divide mixture up and place small portion on each leaf.

5Roll and secure with toothpick. Place a sausage on top of each roll. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
