- 2 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- mayonnaise
- buttered toast
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Peel and cook carrots until tender.

2Make ridge on top. Scoop out center.

3Place centers in bowl and mash smooth.

4Add grated cheese, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and enough mayonnaise to make a paste.

5Fill ridge in carrot.

7Grate butter toast over carrots.

8Bake in hot oven just long enough to brown.
