- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 medium zucchini)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 8 bone-in and skin-on chicken legs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.

3Add zucchini and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in water, stuffing mix and cheese until well blended.

6Cover and set aside.

7Insert your fingers carefully between the meat and skin of each chicken leg to form a pocket.

8Fill pockets evenly with the stuffing mixture.

9Place, filled sides up, in shallow baking pan.

10Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
