Stuffed Chip Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 box Keystone chip steaks
  • about 10 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • salt and pepper
  • melted butter
  • 1/3 c. water

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Separate steaks on wax paper.
  3. 3
    Put some of the stuffing in center of the steak and wrap around.

    Place in a casserole dish.

    Use either cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup, diluted with 1/2 can of water.

    Pour over steaks and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
