- 1 Large Sweet Onion (finely chopped)
- 15 ounce Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- .5 cup Butter (1 stick)
- 4 ounce Clam Juice
- 1 Parsley
Directions

1Melt butter in pan

2Add onion and garlic to pan and saute until tender

3Add clams to pan and saute

4Pour mixture into bowl with the breadcrumbs

5Add broth to moisten (may need to add more/less depending on dryness)

6Sprinkle parsley to taste

7Fill clam shells and sprinkle with paprika *** may freeze without paprika at this stage

8Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until heated through and golden
