  • 4 cans minced clams
  • 1 bottle white clam juice
  • 1 lb. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dried onions
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Directions

    Put first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

    Melt butter and margarine and pour over mixture.

    Stir; leave overnight.

    Next day, stuff clam shells and bake at 375° until done.
