- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3/4 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- bread crumbs as needed
- salt, red pepper and parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. green onion rings
Directions

1Saute chopped onion and celery in butter.

2Add crab meat.

3Add evaporated milk; add well beaten eggs.

4Cook for about 15 minutes over low heat.

5Add bread crumbs until desired thickness obtained. Season with salt, red pepper, parsley flakes and green onion tops. Add more butter if needed.

6Place mixture in artificial crab shells.

7Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs and bake at 375° until hot. (Freezes good for future use.)
