- 3/4 c. crab meat
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3/4 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- pinch of salt
- green or black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- paprika
Directions

1Shred crab meat.

2Discard any shell.

3Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.

4Remove yolks and mash or put through ricer.

5Add rest of ingredients to taste, except paprika, and mix well.

6Stuff each egg half with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.

7Cover and refrigerate until chilled before serving.

8Can substitute shredded shrimp.
