- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bunch shallots, minced with tops
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 c. moistened French bread
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 to 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic in butter.

2Add moistened bread, crab meat, parsley and egg.

3Add seasonings. Fill aluminum crab shells.

4Sprinkle tops with crumbs.

5Bake at 350° until lightly browned, approximately 15 minutes.
