Stuffed Cucumber Slices

- 1 (6 inch) straight, firm cucumber
- 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Pare cucumber with a potato peeler and scoop out the center with a corer or small sharp knife.

2Beat the cottage cheese with the parsley, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.

3Stuff the cucumber and chill.

4To serve, cut into 1/4-inch slices.
