  • 1 c. white sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. cracker meal
  • 1 tsp. Mexene seasoning
  • 1 c. crabmeat
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 crab shells
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato catsup

Directions

    To white sauce, add beaten egg, catsup, salt, green pepper and Mexene; mix with crabmeat.

    Pack mixture into crab shells; sprinkle with cracker meal.

    Garnish with Mexene seasoning and bake until crumbs are brown.
