Stuffed Eggs

  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 can asparagus tips (pureed)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil eggs, peel and cut eggs in half.

    Put yolks in a bowl and mix in pureed asparagus, onions and mayonnaise.

    Blend until smooth.

    Put mixture in decorator tube and squeeze into white of boiled eggs.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until serving.

    Season to taste.
