- 1 doz. fresh eggs
- 10 strips bacon, fried dark and crumbled
- 1/2 c. sweet pickles, minced
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Put eggs in a large, heavy pot.

2Let come to a rolling boil. Cover pot and boil 2 or 3 minutes.

3Turn off fire.

4Let sit until cool.

5This makes the eggs peel like a dream.

6Cut peeled eggs in half and remove yolks.

7Add to the yolks the bacon, pickles and salt and pepper to taste.

8Add mayonnaise to the proper consistency.

9Garnish with sliced stuffed olives, caviar or pearl onions.
