  • 1 1/2 pkg. Town House crackers
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish of choice (boneless)

Directions

    Place fish in casserole dish.

    Mix in bowl the crackers, onion, butter, cheese, garlic salt and salt and pepper; pour over fish.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
