- 1 to 4 lb. flounder
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 pkg. packaged stuffing
- 3 strips bacon
Directions

1Cut a pocket on each side of backbone of fish.

2Mix together the stuffing, crab and lemon juice.

3Stuff the pockets with stuffing mixture.

4Lay bacon strips on the stuffed pockets.

5Bake at 350° in a well greased dish.
