Maple Chicken

  • 1 chicken, cut up, skin removed
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, homemade or canned bouillon
  • 1 c. rice

Directions

    In a large saucepan put chicken and all other ingredients except the rice.

    Cover.

    Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add rice.

    Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done. Yields 4 servings.
