- 1/2 c. precooked rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Set out a shallow 2 quart baking dish and a large saucepan. Rinse and clean out peppers.

2Drop peppers into boiling salted water to cover and simmer 5 minutes.

3Remove peppers and drain.
