- 8 ounces crab meat
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 6 white bread slcs dry
- 3 tablespoons coconut flakes
Directions

1Cut bread into small chunks, add parsley, herbs, and coconut flakes and grind together in a food processor.

2Butterfly halibut, fill each with 2 ounces crab meat, fold together and season with salt and lemon juice.

3Bread halibut filets in herb crust and saute over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
