Stuffed Ham Rolls

- 8 to 10 slices boiled ham
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. grated cheese
- paprika
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine spinach, stuffing mix and sour cream.

2Spread 1/4 cup of stuffing mixture down center of ham slice.

3Roll up and place seam side down in single layer in 12 x 8 1/2-inch baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour.

4Add milk.

5Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

6Remove from heat.

7Add cheese, and stir until cheese melts.

8Pour over ham rolls.

9Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese.

10Cover with foil.

11Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

12Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes more. Serve hot with sauce spooned over ham rolls.
