Stuffed Ham Rolls

Ingredients
- 11 oz. can Mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c. juice (reserved from Mandarin oranges)
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 8 to 10 slices thin boiled ham
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Prepare stuffing as directed on package.

2Drain juice from Mandarin oranges.

3Combine juice, stuffing, chives and sage.

4Roll each ham slice around some of the stuffing, using toothpicks to hold together.

5Place rolls in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine marmalade, vinegar, mustard and orange slices.

6Pour over rolls.

7Bake in 400° oven for 14 minutes.
