Stuffed Ham Rolls

  • 11 oz. can Mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c. juice (reserved from Mandarin oranges)
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 8 to 10 slices thin boiled ham
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Prepare stuffing as directed on package.

    Drain juice from Mandarin oranges.

    Combine juice, stuffing, chives and sage.

    Roll each ham slice around some of the stuffing, using toothpicks to hold together.

    Place rolls in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine marmalade, vinegar, mustard and orange slices.

    Pour over rolls.

    Bake in 400° oven for 14 minutes.
