Stuffed Italian Shells

Ingredients

  • 21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tall can fat free spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except shells and sauce.

    Stuff mixture into shells.

    Coat bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with a little sauce.

    Put stuffed shells in the pan, open side up.

    Pour sauce over the shells.

    Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
