- 21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 1 tall can fat free spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except shells and sauce.

2Stuff mixture into shells.

3Coat bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with a little sauce.

4Put stuffed shells in the pan, open side up.

5Pour sauce over the shells.

6Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
