- 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells (20)
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1One hour before serving, prepare shells as label directs; drain well.

2Heat salad oil, ground beef, onion, garlic, celery, salt and pepper until meat is well browned.

3Stir in walnuts and 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce.

4Stuff rounded tablespoonful of meat mixture into each shell.

5Reserve remaining meat mixture.

6Spoon 1 cup sauce into 10 x 2-inch casserole.

7Sprinkle with remaining meat mixture.

8Spoon remaining sauce evenly in and around shells, sprinkle with cheese.

9Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
