- 24 jumbo shells (8 oz.)
- 8 oz. tofu
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. each chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, wheat germ and diced onion
- 1/2 tsp. each celery seed and basil
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce
- extra Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook, drain and rinse shells.

2Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and the extra Parmesan cheese.

3Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of shallow baking dish.

4Fill shells with tofu mix and place in single layer in baking dish.

5Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
