- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 can cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
Directions

1Melt margarine and saute onion and celery and then add dry stuffing and water.

2Combine ground beef and evaporated milk.

3Take mixture of ground beef and evaporated milk; roll into 6 balls.

4Pat flat on waxed paper.

5Place a spoonful of stuffing on each and seal meat around.

6Mix the mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup together as a sauce and pour over all.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
