- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Cream sugar and eggs.

2Add buttermilk.

3Add margarine.

4Put 1/2 of coconut in bottom of each pie crust.

5Pour batter over coconut and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Makes 2 pies.
