  • 5 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream sugar and eggs.

    Add buttermilk.

    Add margarine.

    Put 1/2 of coconut in bottom of each pie crust.

    Pour batter over coconut and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Makes 2 pies.
