  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. (1/2 c.) crumbled Blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped mushroom stems

    Remove stems from mushrooms. Cook caps in butter/margarine for 4 to 5 minutes. Combine ingredients and fill caps. Broil until golden brown.
