Stuffed Mushroom Appetizers

- 7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- small pinch each of: rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 24 medium mushroom caps (1 lb.)
Directions

1Drain crabmeat; press to remove excess fluid.

2Flake.

3Mix crabmeat, onions, cheese, seasonings and mayonnaise.

4Remove stems and scrape gills from mushrooms with a spoon to make deep cups. Heat oven to 325°.

5Stuff mushrooms generously with crab mixture. Place in ungreased shallow baking dish.

6Bake 5 minutes.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Turn oven to broil.

9Broil until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
