- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 medium onions
- 2/3 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms.

2Scrape mushroom caps.

3Wash. Chop stems and onions.

4Saute in butter until browned.

5Mix rest of ingredients with sauteed mushroom pieces in a bowl until thick, but moist.

6Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.

7Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

8Serve hot.
