- 2 or 3 pkg. mushrooms (1 lb.)
- 1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
Directions

1Rinse mushrooms and pat dry; remove stems.

2Chop stems and combine with garlic.

3Add this to sausage cooked until browned. Drain off extra grease.

4Stir in shredded cheese, mixing until cheese begins to melt.

5Spoon mixture into mushroom caps that have been spooned out (remove black part from inside).

6Place in pan and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
