- 1 lb. medium size mushrooms, wiped with a damp cloth
- 1 c. mushroom stems
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. nuts, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange mushrooms in a shallow baking dish, hollow side up. Combine all remaining ingredients except cream; heap into mushroom umbrellas. Pour cream over mushrooms; bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Baste once or twice with sauce in baking dish. Serves 6 to 8.
