  • 24 to 30 whole fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. diced cooked ham (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Chop stems and cook with onions in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in ham and cheese.
