  • 1 kg porkchops
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions

    Mince all the herbs except the chili flakes.

    Then put all the herbs in the olive oil.

    Give it a good stir put in salt and pepper to taste.

    Then marinade the pork in the mixture for 1hr or overnight for great fusion of flaovours.
