- 1 lb. medium mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 pkg. Blue cheese salad dressing mix (dry)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Directions

1Wash mushrooms; trim off tips of stems.

2Remove stems; finely chop enough pieces to make 1/2 cup.

3Cook mushroom caps in margarine for 5 minutes.

4Combine softened cream cheese, dressing mix and milk, mixing until well blended.

5Stir in mushroom pieces and onion.

6Fill mushroom caps; broil until golden brown.

7Makes 18 to 20 stuffed mushrooms.
