Stuffed Mushrooms

- 24 large mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil or butter
- salt (optional)
Directions

1Wash mushrooms and remove stems.

2Set aside caps and mince stems.

3Heat oil and saute chopped beef and mushroom stems; add all other ingredients and blend well.

4Cook for about 5 minutes. Spoon into caps and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for about 20 or 30 minutes.

5Serve hot.
