  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 small pkg. dried beef, cut in fine pieces
  • touch of garlic powder, garlic salt, dill weed, Worcestershire sauce and Beau Monde seasoning

    Clean mushrooms; take out stems.

    Mix ingredients.

    Add chopped stems to cheese mixture.

    Stuff.

    Bake for approximately 30 minutes (depending on size of mushrooms) at 350°.
