Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 3 baskets fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Pull out stems of mushrooms after washing.

    Dry mushroom. Chop stems and mix with sausage.
  3. 3
    Cook on low heat until red is gone from sausage.

    Drain and mix with bread crumbs and cheese. Stuff into mushroom caps.

    Cook 20 minutes at 350° or until brown. Mushrooms will turn dark during cooking.
