- 3 baskets fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Pull out stems of mushrooms after washing.

2Dry mushroom. Chop stems and mix with sausage.

3Cook on low heat until red is gone from sausage.

4Drain and mix with bread crumbs and cheese. Stuff into mushroom caps.

5Cook 20 minutes at 350° or until brown. Mushrooms will turn dark during cooking.
