- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, large
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- pinch of oregano, salt, pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Wash mushrooms, remove stems.

2Chop stems finely and saute with onions, garlic, margarine until liquid evaporates.

3In a bowl, combine cooked mixture with bread crumbs, cheese, oil, parsley, and oregano, salt and pepper.

4Stuff mushrooms with mixture using last tablespoon oil to brush on top of stuffed mushrooms.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
