Stuffed Mushrooms

  • approximately 12 to 16 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Wash mushrooms.

    Trim ends.

    Remove stems.

    Finely dice stems and onions.

    Saute in margarine to brown.

    Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and cheese.

    Fill caps with mixture and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
