- 1 small onion
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Wash mushrooms.

2Trim ends.

3Remove stems.

4Finely dice stems and onions.

5Saute in margarine to brown.

6Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and cheese.

7Fill caps with mixture and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
