- 16 to 20 large, fresh mushrooms
- 1 small zucchini, shredded (3/4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside.

2Chop stems. Combine stems, zucchini, onion and water.

3Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until vegetables are tender.

4Drain. Stir in cheese.

5Stuff caps with mixture.

6Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

7Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until caps are tender.

8Serve warm.
