- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
Directions

1Cook sausage.

2Remove stems from mushrooms.

3Chop stems. Combine with sausage, garlic and parsley.

4Stir in cheese and mix well.

5Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.

6Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.
