- 12 large mushrooms, remove and chop stems
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- chopped stems
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon (or garlic)
- 4 Tbsp. cream to moisten
Directions

1Saute onions and stems in butter.

2Add remaining ingredients. Fill cups of mushrooms with the mixture and top them with melted butter.

3Place in 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Serve hot.
