- 1 lb. medium sized mushrooms (about 18)
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Wash mushrooms and remove stems.

2Dip caps in melted butter and place upside down in a shallow baking pan.

3Finely chop 1/4 cup of the mushroom stems and saute well with green onion in remaining butter, adding more butter if necessary.

4Add water.

5Lightly stir in stuffing.

6Spoon mixture into mushrooms caps.

7Bake at 350° until hot, about 10 minutes.
