Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain fat.

    Mix with cream cheese.

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Place one teaspoon of filling in mushroom. Place in baking dish and bake at 350°

    for 30 minutes.

    Any extra filling can be sprinkled on top of mushrooms.
