- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain fat.

2Mix with cream cheese.

3Remove stems from mushrooms.

4Place one teaspoon of filling in mushroom. Place in baking dish and bake at 350°

5for 30 minutes.

6Any extra filling can be sprinkled on top of mushrooms.
