- 1 lb. large mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, shredded
