- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- cherry tomatoes

Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms, chop into 1/4 inch pieces.

3Heat butter in heavy skillet, add mushrooms caps.

4Saute quickly over high heat for 30 seconds on each side or until just browned.
