- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 large potatoes
Directions

1Melt 1 pound Velveeta cheese in double boiler until completely melted.

2Add milk, bell pepper and onion.

3Dice potatoes.

4Place in 3-quart casserole dish and add a little flour.

5Pour cheese over potatoes.

6Cook at 350° until potatoes are done, about 1 1/2 hours.

7Place pan under dish in oven.
