Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. sage
Directions

1Wash mushrooms. Take off stems and scoop out the caps.

2Save the caps.

3Chop and mix the rest of the mushroom parts with the other ingredients.

4Fill caps to heaping.

5Put in a cake pan in a single layer.

6Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7The last 10 minutes, bake uncovered.

8Put mushrooms and juice in a crock-pot to keep warm for serving.
