- 6 large onions
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Peel onions; cook in boiling salted water for 20 to 30 minutes.

2Cool and cut a slice off the top.

3Scoop out insides; chop and set aside.

4Mix sausage and Worcestershire sauce.

5Brown meat mixture until it is no longer pink.

6Drain and cool.

7Stuff onions with meat mixture.

8Combine chopped onions and tomato sauce; pour over onions.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
